In short: Puzzle Burrow does not collect, share or sell any personal information. There are no ads, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. Everything the game remembers stays on your device.
Who we are
Puzzle Burrow is a collection of puzzle games for children aged 6 to 12, made by Togran Studios. Website: togranstudios.com/kids.
What the app keeps on your device
To let kids pick up where they left off, the app saves the following in the device's own storage:
- Each player's name (up to 12 letters, often a nickname) and the animal they picked
- Levels finished, stars, challenge counts and badges
- Puzzles in progress and sound settings
- Whether the Family Pass has been bought
None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it. It is deleted when a grown-up removes a player in the app's Grown-ups area, clears the app's data, or uninstalls the app.
What we collect
Nothing. The app does not send personal information, device identifiers, advertising IDs, location or usage data off the device. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not ask for access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.
Purchases
The optional Family Pass is bought through Google Play, behind a grown-ups check. Google Play handles the payment and we never receive card or payment details. The app only asks Google Play whether the pass has been bought, so it can open the games. Google's handling of purchase information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Internet use
All games, pictures and sounds are inside the app, and it plays without an internet connection. The only connection it makes is to Google Play, to buy or restore the Family Pass.
Children's privacy
Puzzle Burrow is made for children and follows Google Play's Families policy. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, there is nothing for us to store, share or delete on a child's behalf. We built it this way so it respects children's privacy laws such as the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, and Australia's Privacy Act.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and its effective date before the change is released. If a future version ever needed to collect any information, we would explain exactly what and why here first.
